Qualifications:

• 18 years or older
• No experience is necessary
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Ability to work around basic electrical systems safety
• Hard worker
• Self-motivated. 
• Learn quickly and pick up skills taught
• Positive Attitude
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Must be able to lift at least 75lbs
• Ability to use smartphone and email
• Understand and carry out written directions
• Must work well in teams as well as independently with little supervision

Responsibilities: (Training Provided)

• Performing PVC plumbing, electrical, and gas work
• Working on automatic pool covers
• Filling trenches
• Operating skid steer
• Operating mini excavator
• Assisting with swim spa/hot tub installations
• Maintaining a clean, safe, organized, and stocked vehicle
• Maintain positive and cooperative working relationships with customers, co-workers, and office staff
• Complying with all safety procedures
• Maintaining safe working and driving habits
• Must work some Saturdays
• Work distance up to 1.5hrs from office in company vehicle

Job Summary:

We seek a highly skilled and safety-conscious local CDL-A Truck Driver to join our team. The successful candidate will transport equipment and materials over various routes, ensuring timely and accurate delivery. 

Including but not limited to:

1. Bulk water delivery via regular cab, auto truck, and 6,200-gallon water tanker to various sites and be able to roll and unroll 3” hoses.
2. Material hauling via regular cab, auto truck, and dump trailer to various sites.
3. Oversized load (16×40 Swimming Pool Shell) via F-450 flatbed and 40’ gooseneck trailer from state to state and local delivery. A few times a year overnight stays might be required for early morning loading.

This role requires excellent driving skills, a strong commitment to safety, and the ability to navigate efficiently to meet schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and drive trucks to transport goods and materials to designated locations.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance with regulations.
• Load and unload cargo, securing loads to prevent shifting or damage during transit.
• Plan routes and meet delivery schedules while adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
• Maintain accurate records including mileage, fuel consumption, and any issues encountered.
• Communicate effectively with customers and other team members.
• Follow all company policies and procedures related to transportation and safety.
• Adhere to Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations and guidelines.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing any customer concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
• Perform minor vehicle maintenance and report any mechanical problems to the maintenance team.

Qualifications:

• Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL A) with appropriate endorsements (Tanker).
• Proven experience as a CDL-A Truck Driver with a clean driving record.
• Knowledge of applicable truck driving rules and regulations.
• Ability to operate and drive various vehicles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle physical workload, including lifting and securing cargo.
• A high school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certifications are a plus.
